Wasabi cam – A pinhole photograph a day

I have been recently inspired by the year long projects of artists like Stephen Sheffield ,and have started the Wasabi Cam project. The rules are simple, I will take an analog pinhole photograph every day and post the results weekly.

I chose to construct the cameras out of wasabi cans because if the size, shape and suitability. I painted the inside of the cans matte black and I drilled a .018 inch pinhole in the side. The cameras have a focal length of 50mm and an aperture of f108. A piece of black electrical tape serves as a shutter. I will be using photographic paper as the light sensitive material.
